Q - How do I make a booking?
A - Each show has it's own page on the site, where you will find information on the show, reviews, a seating plan of the theatre, performance times and prices of tickets. Each page also has a booking request form, which can be completed and sent to us. We will reply to your request within 24hrs (excluding weekends) and reserve seats meeting your requirements. You will need to reply to us by e-mail to say whether the seats offered are suitable or not. If you accept the seats, we will require you to complete our secure booking form with credit card details.
Q - How do I receive my tickets?
A - We can mail the tickets to you, deliver them to your Hotel in Central London, you can pick the tickets up half an hour before curtain at the theatre.
Q - What should I wear for London West End Theatres?
A - There is no strict dress code for any of the theatres in London. Smart casual dress is fine, unless otherwise advised.
Q - What time should I arrive at the theatre?
A - It is a good idea to arrive at the theatre at least half an hour before curtain. There is a bar in most theatres, so you can wait in comfort. Performance times are not given on the tickets we issue, so please check on the day. We have the address of most theatres on the tickets, which you can locate from the Theatreland map on the site. Some theatres also require you to exchange the ticket voucher issued by London Theatre Ticket Web - This can only be done thirty minutes before the performance.
Q - What are the stalls dress circle upper circle etc.?
A - London theatres name their seating areas differently to theatres in other countries. The stalls are the same as the orchestra stalls and are the lowest level. The dress or royal circle is the first balcony and the upper circle is the second balcony. This still varies in some theatres, so if in doubt, please ask us.
Q - What is a 'matinee' performance?
A - A matinee is the early afternoon performance, though a few theatres have a late matinee at around 5pm. Most theatres have a mid-week matinee and a Saturday matinee.
Q - I have completed a booking request form and have not had a reply. Why?
A - If you have completed a request form and incorrectly entered your e-mail address, we have no way of replying to you unless you also provide a telephone fax number. Please double check your e-mail address when writing to us or call 01204 300987.
