This is the first step to making a booking after you have found the show or tour you wish to book, Every show/tour page has one of these buttons. When you click on the 'BOOK' button, you will be taken to our secure booking form -
click on Book Now Reserve via our Secure Online Server

2. Complete the Secure Booking Form
When you reach the secure booking form, you will see a number of spaces for you to type in your requirements and personal details. We need to know your booking details, the show or tour you require, the number of tickets your name and address and email and your credit card details.
Special Requirements There is also a text box where you can tell us about any special requirements or instructions that you might have. for example you may have a disability requirement or you may have completed multiple booking forms for different shows or tours - Please tell us.
Question: Why do you need my credit card details if you do not charge cards?
Answer: Your credit card will not be charged by us. Your card details will be passed on to West End Theatres or Golden Tours who will charge and guarantee your theatre tickets or sightseeing tour booking. |
3. Your Booking Confirmation is Faxed to the Theatre or Tour Provider
Once we receive your booking request, we will contact the Theatre or Tour company to make sure that tickets are available, and then our booking system sends a confirmation fax to the theatre or Tour Company. Once the fax is sent, the booking has been completed. |
4. Receive Your Email Booking Confirmation
Whilst the fax is being sent to the hotel, our confirmation email will be on its way to you. You'll receive full booking details. with seating arrangements and or pick up points all the information you need.
Question: What do you get in your confirmation email?
Answer: Your email will contain your booking details (Theatre Address performance and seat number, telephone number and address, details of how to cancel or amend your booking and details of how to contact us for any other reason.
Question. How long does it take before I get my email booking confirmation?
Answer: Your email confirmation will usually be with you within two hours if you booked during the following hours:
08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday 09:00 to 13:00 Saturday All times are GMT see our contact information
If you have booked at any other time, your email notification will arrive the following morning (usually sooner - but we cannot guarantee this). We will always try to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible, though we do rely on the Hotels, some of which do not accept bookings after certain hours and on Sundays - we therefore must wait until the next morning before the booking can be processed.
Question. Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Answer: No, you cannot cancel your Tour or Theatre booking once reserved this is standard with ALL online booking agencies please feel free to check with any of our competitors. Under exceptional circumstances London Theatre Ticket Web will attempt to resell your tickets if enough cancellation notice is given you will then be refunded the retail price less our standard booking fee. |
5. Arrive at the Theatre or your Tour collection point
The booking process was completed when you received your confirmation email, all you have to do now is arrive at your show or tour pickup point on your arrival date and enjoy.
Question: What do I do when I arrive at the theatre?
Answer: Normally your tickets issued by us will get you straight into the theatre, but occasionally you have to exchange your voucher issued by us at the box office half an hour before the show on the evening of the performance. |
