Once your Sight Seeing tickets are reserved, booked and confirmed by London Theatre Ticket Web sightseeing tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded All of the cost will be charged to the client.

Credit Cards are debited at the time of ticket issue by Golden Tours. London Theatre Ticket Web and its holding company OLDH do not debit credit cards.  Tickets cannot be exchanged, and are not refundable, once the credit card has been debited.

Tickets are sold by London Theatre Ticket Web and the holding company OLDH and are subject to the terms and conditions of sale of the Golden Tours management.

Golden Tours management reserve the right to refuse admission.

Golden Tours Management reserve the right to alter the tour without prior notification.

All Sight seeing tours or orders for tickets for sight seeing are accepted on the understanding that they are subject to availability until a voucher with the confirmed tour number written on them has been issued by London Theatre Ticket Web or its holding company OLDH.
