Spamalot A new musical lovingly ripped off from the motion picture Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Spamalot is the new musical directed by Oscar winning Mike Nichols, with a book by the third tallest Python, Eric Idle, and an almost but not entirely new score by Eric Idle (No relation) and John du Prez.
Retelling the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and featuring a number of gratuitously scantily clad showgirls, not to mention the cows, killer rabbits and French people.
Please note that Spamalot may be 'inappropriate for children aged eight years old or under'.

Theatre Review

Spamalot - Starring Tim Curry - "The new musical Spamalot shows that, 30 years on, Monty Python can still reach out to a new generation
The Daily Mirror

The Daily Express called it not only something completely different, but a truly joyous and triumphant... manic, tasteless, derivative, scatter-shot and very funny."

 "Silly? Very. Funny? You bet.

The Times

When it opened on Broadway last year, Spamalot broke house records by taking more than one million dollars a week. It won a Tony Award for best musical and a Grammy for the score, which includes Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life.
