| What's New | The long running thriller The Woman in Black celebrated its 5,000th performance in London's West End. This thriller originally opened in the West End on 15 February 1989 at the 1000 seat Strand Theatre before it transferred two months later to the 800 seat Playhouse Theatre. It finally moved to the 440 seat Fortune Theatre - its present home - on 7 June 1989. Part of the success of this production - currently in its 13th year - is attributed to the intimate setting of the Fortune Theatre itself which has proved to be an ideal theatre for this production. |
